I can check my selling..bid..ect & do everything as normal on the US page but can only sell or search on Aust ebay

I'm pretty sure you can reply to the email notification message as well as via eBay messages. This is what I have on the emails of messages from other members via eBay, anyway:

Click "respond" to reply through eBay Messages, or go to your email to reply

I have often suspected so, but in a "I'm special, this sticker on my forehead says so, nyah" way than anything else. 

My default My eBay landing page is All Selling, and still functioning fine on the other ID, even when I switch to summary. I wonder if that made any difference? (Landing page selected, I mean - my landing page on this ID, which I can't access, is Summary).
