I have send a payment request to a buyer but ebay hasn't changed the request to invoice buyer for me

A buyer has requested the combined invoice. Which I have done but ebay hasn't changed it. the "sum" symbol remains unchanged.

if you change the postage price dont hit recaculate   just click on send and the new price will come up
