I have twice charged for one shipping

ebay has charged me twice for the shipping a product I sold.

The item was shipped just using one label and one tracking number but I am charged twice so my final payment is reduced.

It seems the issue is that when I printed the postage label,  two different labels generated and printed but I actually used only one of them.

Kindly let me to get refund of this double shipping.

From the time the extra label was generated, you had 5 days to cancel it.  If you failed to do so then you are not entitled to a refund.

If you did cancel in time, the refund will not be processed until AP  confirm the label was not used.

Yes. Because neither eBay nor AP have a record of the label being canceled, as it wasn't.
