I'm not a seller, so I don't know from experience just how long a selling template is available.

However, the Selling Tools help page states the following:

How to create selling templates

You can create reusable listing templates from Seller Hub or in Selling Manager Pro.

This is the link to manage templates.

Select sell and you will see both Latest drafts and Listing templates.

If nothing there then perhaps it was only saved in unsold and only remains for a maximum of 60 or 90 days in eBay.
