As all your listings seem to be BIN then what you can do is change the price on that particular item in the listing then let the buyer know asap that you are doing that so they can then buy it b4 anyone else sees it

I'm not aware of any way you can do it. So when buyers want a bulk order discount from us we explainthat eeBay don't allow discounting then offer to include extras at no cost if they buy X qty. Always works for us.

About the only way you can do it is refund after they pay

when you click on send invoice, down the bottom there is a column "seller discounts/charges" you put either a + or a - in front of the amount you want to add or subtract from the invoice

You can only discount to the amount charged for postage. For free post items you cannot offer a discount on the actual invoice.
