I refunded a man cause he said the zip was faulty and he gave me bad feedback, He has not returned my dress, it was brand new and sold for over $120 .
how can I get him to return it please

This is my line of work, trust me, it's stealing and the courts view it as such. The buyer has no interest in the garment as the purchase price has been refunded and no implied or express transfer of title has taken place. TB (if he still posts) will back me up on this one.
I'm just a legal student, but will I do until TB comes along?
We did this stuff in first year (Contracts and Torts and Intro to cim law in 2nd year). Once I finish the Commerce part of my law/commerce degree this year, I'm adding criminology and criminal justice to the LLB next year. (It's only just been introduced at my campus or I would have done it earlier - commerce sucks LOL)
