Almost a month ago I sold an item under my selling i.d, the buyer paid quickly and I sent it the following day.
On friday it turned up in my mail with 'RTS Not Known' written on the package. I checked the address details on paypal and ebay and I sent to the right address. I have left the buyer a message but have not recieved a reply.
I'd lke to give them a refund but don't want them to file an item not recieved complaint. I don't have proof of postage. They have been a member for about 3 months with good feedback except the last one where the seller said they did'nt pay and asked for the sale to be cancelled a week after the auction ended. It seems a bit weird, what would you do?

See if you can find a phone number for them. It's usually listed when you view the order details page. Or look in white pages, for the town and address? Might still be there. Failing that contact ebay, they may be able to give you a phone number. If you can't find a number, then you'll just have to play the waiting game. Send emails again through the system, but also to their own email, which should be listed beside their ebay id against the sold item, on your selling page.
