I've been experiencing the markdown manager problem. ebay staff always replies me like I don't know what I'm doing or first day using computer. I've had enough.
I add a sale in markdown manager, then I try to add a listing into this sale. but it always shows I don't have any listing while there are a few. If I change my listings to shipping worldwide. They appear in markdown manager add listing page. I think there is something wrong with reading data. It keeps reading data from my international ebay where I don't have any listing. (all in ebay Australia). I've tried cleaned the cookie or cache, log off from ebay.com just login ebay.com.au. still not work. everytime I click on markdown manager, it asks me to login in ebay.com and redirect me to ebay.com's markdown manager. What should I do, mates? The Problem shows in the screenshots in this thread. Thanks
Kind Regards

Sorry, I'm not sure why that would be happening - if I go through the same process with my store, everything works as normal. Your store was opened on eBay AU and not eBay.com? That's the only reason I can possibly think of (aside from error) that it would redirect you to .com. ?:|

I'm having the same problem. I'm in Australia and all looks good till the end and I confirm then the settings go ahead but with zero items.
Did you resolve this problem?

I have created a sale today with no glitches. My only thought was the same as PJ's.
