I've got a mail from EBay about selling illegal item, I would like to solve this problem.

I purchased a Prada bag 20 October , now I'm attempting to resell the same bag on EBay. I've received a mail from EBay claiming that I am selling an illegal item. Please contact me if you have found a solution to this and to further discuss this issue.

Unless you originally purchased your bag from a reputable B&M store and still have the original invoice or receipt, you may find it very difficult to list on ebay, as you've already discovered.

A quick search has just revealed 55 listings for Prada bags so it's pretty clear that your listing has been reported by (probably) a rival seller, but if you try listing again without resolving the current situation, ebay may well cancel your account.

If you have supporting evidence that the bag is genuine, give ebay a ring (via customer support at the top RH side of the page) and ask them what they require from you before relisting.

Otherwise, just stick it up on Gumtree instead.

Guess what, it sounds like you purchased a fake, like most prada on ebay.

You want to sell for a reason don't you........

unless you can jump through the hoops that are required then it's simpler to just list on gumtree.

Ahhhh....no.

Selling counterfeit goods is illegal.......no matter where the venue is.  The seller needs to destroys the goods.
