Ebay need to do more here about this...cancelling an order is fine but we are coming across more items being sold then chasing up buyers only to have them use some of the lamest excuses ever not to pay. Buyers need to be held accountable for what they are doing or in fact not doing! Reporting them does nothing. They need to be exiled!

Under the new system when a seller cancels for non-payment the buyer automatically gets an unpaid item strike and the seller gets their fees back. So if sellers have their buyer blocks in place, once that buyer gets 2 strikes they'll be unable to buy from those sellers.

@rocketcds - You're using BIN already, so why don't you just add Immediate Payment Required as an option?

You'll never chase another buyer again.
