I was bidding on an item that had 22hrs left the seller removed me from bidding

She canceled my bid I asked her why was my bid canceled she said the item was no longer available can she do this?? I was the only bidder on the item what can I do about this

Yes she can do this.

If they sellers were not allowed too then the option would not be there.

As long as there is more than 12 hours to go this can be done but when there is less than 12 hours they can remove bids but not end the listing.
