Id Photo disappeared

why do some of my photo's keep disappearing. I never list anything without a photo, so I don't understand where they have gone.

any ideas?

If not already using Chrome or Firefox try installing one of them as your browser.

Try deleting cookies and emptying your cache and then reboot your computer.

A quick Google suggests it's an  eBay bug that has been around for a while.

I have lots missing too.....and the 'photo fixing tool' doesn't work......this happens frequently...I'm using Firefox....it's a BUG

I often find my pic has gone walkabout when looking at my active listings list but usually if I search for it when signed in to a different id it is there.

On the couple of ocassions when it has really gone just doing a revise listing without changing anything does the trick.

As PJ says, I have one missing at the moment but in searches and selecting the listing it shows.

It's only missing in my selling list.

Same here. It's happened before so I'm not into panic stations anymore...just smiling and muttering "ebay glitches" under my breath!

me too... first time its ever happened to me, started yesterday.

   Me too.  The leading photo just disappeared when it came up for relisting for the second time, and i didn't know if it was also invisible to the public. So added another photo for the lead one, and low and behold, that one wouldn't come up in my listing either! So emailed Ebay and within a few hours it was up and running and visible, and they emailed back and said that although I couldn't see the lead photo, others could.

I already use chrome and did delete cookies and cache, but nothing changed.  I did a search and some of the missing photo;s show up but some don't. I had a customer request a photo on one of my items,so it must have vanished completely.

I don't know if it's ebay's way of telling me that my photo's are not up to scratch or something. It is happening on all of my accounts. 

Probably a bug hope it gets fixed soon.

I looked through all 5 pages and all are showing a picture for me
