If someone is knowingly selling fake products but doesn't list them as such what can be done.

Hi i just purchased a pair of headphones listed as BEATS BY DRE- BRAND NEW IN BOX MONSTER..I recieved them only to find out they were a imitation of the product i complaiend and have recieved a full refund yet the seller continues to sell them under the same listing. What can be done so other people dont get ripped off if they cant tell the difference..?

You can leave them a neg and only one star for each rating and you can report the listing through the link provided if they are still selling them. Other than that you can only email the rights holder and giver them information on the item number, seller details etc. Ebsy will remove tems if asked by the company that owns the label but are ulikely to take ordinary members word for it that items are fake.
