All new sellers will have selling restrictions placed on their account, but (assuming you haven't been requested by eBay to do so already), you may be able to have the limits raised a little if you link a verified PayPal account, or put a valid credit card on file (I think you can access these options in the Account section of My eBay).

I'd go with the credit card, which can also be a Visa debit card. Not sure if debit Mastercards work the same. That will give you 100 listings/sales to a value of $7,500. US.

I have just requested an increase and it was very simple to get. The guy also said to contact them again in 30 days for a review if I needed to increase again.
