Im the artist - ebay saying my design is counterfit i have proof including layers of my design

Hey guys so sad an dissapointed in ebay ive never been so upset to the point that i want to go to the media 

im a legitimate artist trying to develop my own brand and tried to list my artwork which is all my own only to be told its counterfit i can show a photoshop window of all the layers of the design seperated on window also my own trademark for the company logo so hurt and upset to be called a counterfitter when i put my blood sweat and tears into the design to support my young family this is very bad for up and coming artists

There are three separate images in your work. The car, the citiscape and the woman. The use of the citiscape image is most likely the cause of the problem.

I had a similar issue.  I sell trading cards and I have a series of custom made cards that I include with my orders - one per shipment.  People like them and asked me to list.  Ebay took them down, said they were counterfeit.  I asked for a review.  Same result.

I commission the art for these cards.  I own the art.  I pay for the printing.  They look literally nothing like the real trading cards.  

There is no recourse.  No human being at Ebay that is empowered to do anything or cares enough even if they did.  The algorithm hath deemed you (and I) to be selling counterfeit items so that's it.  Genius algorithm that doesn't know what counterfeit means

This is very poor show on ebay’s part.

My sister is an artist, she does not sell on ebay though.

How frustrated and upset you must both be.
