From your tone, the fact that you have responded to a thread that is nearly two years old, and your comment that you don't sell here any more, it would seem you are just itching for someone to disagree with you and cause an argument, .....so I won't bother.

i only ever end up here when im looking for what ebay corporate has gouged me in my invoice.

sure its better to make 10 trillion dollars rather than 7.5 trillion but where is the social concience umm none as its corporate greed.

If it's been 2.5 years since you sold last, what was the point of coming in here to have a rant (on a nearly 2yo thread)? Are you just looking for an argument? You certainly won't get one from anyone here. As for the fees, have you checked the fees on an auction house or putting an ad in the paper lately? Why don't you just do what most others do, add the fees into the item price or postage price, then the buyer pays the fees. Oh that's right, you haven't sold for 2.5 years, so it's really not an issue for you.

It's 10.89%. Try the big South American river - they are even more expensive.

mine this month is 12.2 % last year same month was 10.1 so def gone up

Presumably you are including your store, which Mr 12% doesn't have. On this ID at least. And without that, unless he is foolish enough to pay listing fees, the maximum eBay charge is 10.89%.

As you know, eBay is now required to collect and pay GST, so a 10% increase in fees is to be expected, compared to last January..

Store fees are not sales contingent, so it's a bit misleading to include them.

Do you include the cost of your website in the % per sale there that you burn? If so, how much is it?

how is it so high when the FVF is 10.9%? (standard FVF + netflix tax) unless you list in specific categories where you have to pay a "Buy It Now" insertion fee - but all the rest of them are optional fees like subtitles, scheduled listings, store fees  etc. 

the value shown on invoices includes promoted listing fees and any postage costs you have on your listings. the invoice %'s shown are known to be riddled with errors too.
