I seem to be only able to find ways to report actual buyers but this bidder has been very inappropriate and I want to report them however they haven't purchased my item, is there anything I can do?
Do you mean in messages to you? If so scroll down the bottom of the message to the market place safety tips, go to the 3rd point down and click on the report link.
