Is my listing unclear?

Hi, my listing for a pram has just finished and the winning bidder has just asked me to post the pram to Denmark for free! I'm just wondering if anyone thinks my listing description is unclear, as I did state it was local pickup.

I have emailed them back stating I'm not prepared to post to Denmark and certainly not for free and apologised for any misunderstanding.

Does anyone know how long I have to wait before I can relist the item?

Ask the buyer if they are prepared to agree to a mutual cancellation and if so, send one from resolve a problem.

As soon as they agree, you get your fee credited back and can relist.

Some see "Free local pick up" under the postage section and think of it as free postage.

when people search your listings they come up as free postage. It's not until you open the listing that you see local pickup.

Yes harley is correct and that is a problem when listing from an iphone or ipad that has been reported many times.

Pick up items are best to list from a PC for this reason.

Thanks so much for the quick responses! I will email the buyer and ask if she is happy to cancel. I've not heard back from her since my last email.

There are site problems at the moment, with items showing in international listings that shouldn't be there.  You could explain that to them, saying that it wasn't supposed to be seen internationally.
