Is there a way to block buyers who give a lot of neutral negative feedback?

I just had a buyer leave me and the next seller identical neutral feedback on similar items. 

I have a really good feedback rating and do not believe this feedback is true. The buyer did not contact me prior to leaving this, when I realised they left me nuetral feedback I contacted them but they have not replied to that either!

Looking through their feedback I see they have given 2 neutrals and 3 negatives in the last 20 transactions and then some more on the next page. Seems a lot in only 46 transactions!

So is there a way to block buyers like this from bidding/buying your items?

Thank you for all that information! I guess they have to get rid of the sellers who constantly recieve bad feedback somehow! 

She finally replied to my message with the following :

" I'm happy to change my review provided a 50% refund as it was only half the items that I wasn't happy with and have thrown out."

But then about an hour later after i didnt reply she revised her feedback to positive! I guess she didnt like what I had written! 

isnt the above message feedback extortion anyway?

Yes it is feedback extortion and a total lie about throwing half of the items out,the buyer must have realized that and eventually changed their feedback

If she leaves you any low DSR ratings then you could possibly have those removed under the feedback extortion policy as well.
