As in not the 1800 number which puts you through to the USA or the Phillipines, a number here in Australia?

If you google the "white pages" there's a number there but I doubt very much if they'll be able to help with a problem and will probably transfer you to a call centre.
Perhaps the members here could help with your problem if you'd like to post it.

The number in the phone book is not for questions. If the call centre 1800 number does not help you can try posting the problem on the boards....the members can often help you better than the call centre.

Thanks for all the replies. We have had a selling limit restriction put on our account due to falling below standard and my boss wanted to try and speak to someone to try and have it removed.

If this is the account in question then you are obviously still allowed to sell. You may just have to live with it until you get the account up to standard.
If ebay closes an account down it is virtually impossible to get it reinstated, and it is pretty hard to get any action on restrictions as well.
All I can suggest is to ring the 1800 number and ask to speak to a supervisor.

I have always found the call centre staff to be very good and if you need to you can usually ask to speak to a supervisor. Unfortunately I believe account restrictions are usually handled by Trust & Safety and nobody gets to speak to them.
