They've been renamed to Collections.

When you create your collection it is automatically public but you have the option of making it private.

There's still a wishlist and it hasn't been changed to collections, at least not on my ID.  There should be an arrow next to the watch this item tab, and if you click on that you'll get a drop down menu with Save to wish list underneath Save to watch list.
