After some honest feedback. I have just received negative feedback for this item:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/REMINERALIZATION-GEL-Teeth-Whitening-Remineralisation-/330819619061
Saying "1 gel only, expected th image of 4". These pictures are all I have and made to look the product more enticing - It is also what all my competitors do also. I thought I had it as clear as possible by the very first line of text in a very clear big font saying '1 x 3cc Tube Remineralisation Gel'. Being also a seller, do you think the picture makes it too confusing on what the listing is for, or should this description be sufficient?

Sorry to see your neg!
Given for no good reason as the listing is crystal clear - there would be no way I would be in any doubt how many items I'm getting, listing is not written in Swahili.
Did you ring Ebay to have it removed?

Maybe they were using a smart Phone but with the size of the font it still should be clear to read
I am sure you could have it removed ๐

Personally upon reading this I am clear that If I were to purchase i would receive 1 item only. However after 15 years on Ebay I would never list an item like this without clearly stating in the auction title that only one item will be supplied and to then confirm in very big letters in the description that the listing is for one item only. Some people dont really read the item description and others are just not very bright. (as you will often see by reading these posts.) You may also be able to appeal this feedback with Ebay on the grounds that the buyer has left a negative feedback stating that they expected to receive multiple items when the listing stated clearly that only one item would be supplied.

I am in no doubt about the number of tubes I would be getting, but I am not sure what the product is.....is it Remineralization Gel, Tooth Whitening Gel or Desensitizing Gel.

Looks like I would get 1 item however you had the same problem back in September so there are some buyers basing their purchase on the photo only.
Some sellers put in their listing that the photos form part of the description so maybe those 2 buyers were used to seeing that in some listings thus their mistake.

Call ebay and ask to have it removed as it clearly states 1 x 3cc Tube at the very top of the listing so the FB should be removed.

Although your description is clear, your Title and Photo could lead some Numpties to think they were getting what is pictured; I think most of us have experienced a buyer or two who doesn't go beyond the pic. I'd be changing the picture if I was in your shoes, or alternatively change the title.
I'd also be ringing ebay and asking for the neg to be removed as your buyer clearly hasn't read the description:-)
