It's now re-list up to 4 times maybe.

Just relisted an item on my other ID and the new format came up and it had:

Automatically relist this item up to 4 times if it doesn't sell - it's free to relist. Final value fees apply

If I go to edit it then it goes back to 3 times.

Then on this id I edited a listing to see what would show and it had:

Automatically relist this item up to 3 times if it doesn't sell - it's free to relist. Final value fees apply

It's all on one page now,so it's quicker,it has the business policies on this Id and you can change it to a

private listing if you forget when first listing it.

You can revise another one or just click I'm done now.

So it looks like an improvement that actually works, good.gif

Jus wondering, does anyone who has multiple account still get the 3 free relists options. I have 3 accounts, one with 1800 FB, this account and a smaller account with only 24 FB.i no longer get the option on any of these accounts. When I emailed eBay they said it's because they have linked my 3 accounts I no longer qualify because I have had more than 100 sales. Just wondering if any one else  has reached the 100 sales but still gets the option.

A lot of us do.

My main account sells about 500 a year, another one about 100, and this one 10ish. The key is that I don't sell over $12k per year, which is supposed to be one of the criteria, along with 100 sales.

Same here, I never sell anywhere near $12,000 but they've cut off my free relists, I probably sell about 4-5k a year in total

Re: It's now re-list up to 4 times maybe.

I think in most cases where sellers lose them it's just the luck of the draw.  I'd even go so far as to say a seller could stop getting them simply because of a glitch, and ebay will never fix it for us because the reps don't have a clue how it works (and probably neither does anyone else).

I've got three accounts (one with a few hundred transactions a year and two smaller ones).  I was a powerseller for a while on two of them but the second dropped off over a year once most of my stock sold.  I haven't asked ebay to link my accounts but I think they're all linked to a certain extent anyway.  They know enough to link all IDs using the same computer if one person is suspended, so they don't really need to 'link' anything.  Perhaps they're linked for some things but they're treated independently for other things.

When the free relists first started I was only using two accounts and I had no problems with either.  A few months (weeks?) down the track they stopped working and I contacted them about it. I got a reply that said they'd referred it to their technicians.  I think I wrote again but never had a reply, but I didn't really need one because it started working again.  When it came back on one account it came back on both, and I'd only mentioned one account to them, and I'm sure it's because they're linked somewhere in the background.  If I'm unlucky enough to lose them permanently, I suspect that it'll happen on all my accounts, but I really rely on them so I hope it doesn't happen any time soon.
