Buyer wants to return incorrect item

Hi, Buyer wants to return an item that doesn't match what i sold her. The photos of the item do not match the photos of the item I sold her. I suspect she is trying to get something for free. What can I do? There doesn't seem to be any options for me...

Australia Post lost item

Can EBay items be sent by any other method than Australia Post they are so unhelpful whe an item is lost has taken ages to get them to send a postal note to me so I can refund the customer

Can I bulk edit UPC numbers?

I have hundreds of listings and every one of them should be UPC - Does not apply. However, in the Bulk Edit tool there doesn't seem to be a way to change them except for individually. Urrghhh! Is there a way to bulk edit them?

3 Free Relists

Has anyone else had the 3 free relists drop off? Just went to list some 30 day BINs & the 3 relist option had gone. Don't know whether it's a glitch or I don't get them anymore. Have always had them for 30 day listings. ThanksLynne
