Item Videos not uploading in gallery.. getting stuck at 4%

I used to be able to upload item videos fine.. now they are getting stuck at 1%, and stopping all together at 4% upload. 480p video, 51MB, 1min20 video.

Anyone else having this issue? I have been trying for the last week or so. 3 weeks ago it was working fine for me. I can see others on reddit posting about this same problem last year..

I wasn't aware that listings could have videos uploaded into them - you learn something new here everyday.

Try clearing out your browser cookies and cache. Doing that can fix a multitude of ebay issues. Just make sure you change the drop down to "all time" rather than just the last month. Also make sure you untick all the other options, or you'll lose things like saved passwords.

If you're not sure how to do this, come back and ask and someone can talk you through it.

Uploads still fail... tried different computers, browsers claring cache. Still fails after 4%.

Only on the desktop browser, can't be done on mobile app, which is completely archaic
