Here is the situation: Buyer placed 2 orders and only paid for 1, so I sent 2 notes saying if I don't hear back, I will cancel the unpaid order. I didn't hear back and cancelled it. After that the buyer purchased the same item again and still didn't pay straight away. But the next morning, he paid the order that I put the cancel request on. I don't appear to be able to reverse the cancel request on it. Am I safe to post the goods, or will ebay automatically cancel the order and refund the money, after the 10 days?

email the buyer and ask them, that since they paid for the item that you requested a cancellation on and then subsequently bought the same item again (ie purchasing 2 of the same items) do they want that same second item? If they reply no advise them you will open an Item Not Received Dispute simply in order to get your fees back. They don't need to do anything but it's simply so you can get your fees back. Don't mention they will get a strike or anything like that.
Unpaid Item Dispute not an INR kidz.....................just sayin'

Great to hear. There's also the live eBay chat feature. If you go to Help & Contact at the top of the screen, enter your problem and follow the prompts, at the bottom of the screen there is often the absility to chat to eBay live.
