Hi just need some advice- a buyer has contacted me that the fabric that I sent over two months ago has not been received.
No it was not on tracking - the cost of that half the price of the fabric. I have it marked as sent and sent another item on that day also.
What should I do? Do I have an obligation to refund or replace after all this time? I appreciate any advice you can give.

i once had a buyer pick up his goods , and when he came he got a schock when i also gave him a $100 can of paint he ordered and paid for over a year ago , as i did not have his full id on that can i could not find him but when i got this blokes order out it looked the same , he said he totally forgot anyway he has come back at least 6 more times now .
p.s i dont think i would forget something worth $100,

But some people have less regard for money than us. They probably have too much.
