I'm not closing my account yet but I am getting tempted to wind down ebay selling.
I want to know why some items I am listing are not showing up in 'style' after 'genre' in item specifics ... this item has rock but not punk ... no one will see this in just rock !!

few people will see this under 'rock' with the thousand of other items. Why have the sub-style boxes if they don't register?
I thought E-bay had actually aligned it's item specifics up worldwide, but it looks like they haven't got to it yet or just can't be bothered.
BUT I can not send e-mails to ebay to ask about a selling issue, the system doesn't allow it. It tries to just link to generic answer on info pages. This is going back to the robot customer service days of the past. Why is this when I have paid a few hundred dollars in fees over the last month???? Also, the site was down just before some of my auctions were closing the other night. All this and the 6 month Paypal refunds is gravitating me towards plan to cut down my relationship with ebay in 2015.
As much as I like buying and selling on E-bay it seems like they are going out of there way to make selling here not be worth the time and effort.
