Its been 7 days and the buyer hasnt come to pick up item? how long do you wait? what do i do?

I listed an item on ebay 7 days ago and got hold of the buyer, he makes excuses and hasnt come to pay and pick up item.  How do you contact ebay so i dont get charged for selling an item that didnt sell.

you should be able to file an unpaid item dispute againsed him ?

4 days after item ended you open an unpaid item dispute,  you should do this today.  You then have to wait 4 more days, that gives the buyer time to collect and pay,  if he doesnt, on day 5 you Close the dispute. this cancels the whole transaction.

you can then relist the item, ebay give you back your fvf and the buyer gets a strike
