Its been 7 days and the buyer hasnt come to pick up item? how long do you wait? what do i do?

I listed an item on ebay 7 days ago and got hold of the buyer, he makes excuses and hasnt come to pay and pick up item. How do you contact ebay so i dont get charged for selling an item that didnt sell.
