Interesting you say that.  I went to another of my id's to check if Subscriptions was where you needed to look, and I had the same thing happen to me.  Another glitch with eBay maintenance??

Okay - try sign out and re-sign in.  See if that works.  'Cos when you want to sell an item you need to do that.  

eBay keep telling me that 'Page not Responding' is effectively my problem not theirs - but could be an issue their technical team need to look at if it is going to happen in other areas of the site.  Shouldn't have to sign out/in all the time to navigate around.

Go to your "Selling Manager" page and look under "Promotional Offers".  Sometimes I have received the offer there and not via email.

I didnt know that wasnt allowed to recieve the free istings. So its only for non-store and people who only list in one category?
