Just wondering why as a meet all the requirements

I just noticed that you updated your ID this might have something to do with not receiving the offer?

Yes, I did update my id, due to problems with a fake bidder, but the offer was'nt there before I updated either

But I only did that today so that should'nt have impacted on the last one I did'nt get

I know it says by Invitation only.  But just sometimes when you do click on it, it will allow you to 'take up the offer'.  That has worked for me previously on 2 out of 3 ids -  the other was declined.

I'm stumped then! you don't by any chance subscribe to a store? this will also effect the offer

Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only' which is'nt clickable, I suppose I can only try and do some listing after the last few I have left for the 'usual' monthly limit are up and see what happens

Have you received these offers before?  If so, my next suggestion isn't relevant.  If not, maybe you need to check the settings in your account to ensure that you are able to receive promotional offers.  I think it is Subscriptions you have to go to.

Thank you,yes, I used to get them last year,but I will double check in case something has re-set itself due to gremlins
