If your fees aren't paid and upto date you don't get the offers either.  This happend on my other account last month when I didn't receive their invoice notification and I was 1 day late in paying fv fees.

Also if you are not using any of your 40 free listings a month you don't get offered anything else.

Zelly, you can list in multiple categories. You cannot list 1 unique listing into multiple categories as this is an upgrade.

There has also been a thread created about the same 100 free listings just after 12am today

Yes I know you can,just throwing ideas out there as to why some receive and some don't and multi listing isn't one that I should have mentioned sorry

Thanks just trying to help fellow members even though I'm not always correct that's why it's always great when a more experienced member comes along and puts you in your place.

Doesn't matter what items you currently have listed. This would not have any bearing on whether you get the offers or not. What matters is if you have a Store or not. I got this invite to my email even though I have a store. I try to accept the offer and it comes up with the error 'invite only' which is strange as they invited me by sending me the email to participate in the promo.
