Managing bidders and buyers
Unpaid items and and account limits
Buyers who don't pay may have unpaid items recorded on their accounts.
Unpaid items are separate from Feedback, and don't affect a user's Feedback score or Feedback Profile.
Unpaid items will automatically be assigned to the buyer's account when the seller receives a final value fee credit.
If you have excessive unpaid items on your account, we may limit or end your ability to buy.
Buyers have the option of appealing an unpaid item if they believe it was undeserved.
Setting up buyer requirements
In My eBay, place your pointer over the Account tab, and then select Site preferences.
In the Buyer requirements section, click the Show link, and then click the Edit link.
On the Buyer Requirements page, select your buyer requirements. For example, you might not want to do business with buyers who:
Don't have a PayPal account
Have unpaid items recorded on their account
Are registered in countries to which you don't post
Have reportedly violated eBay policies
Have a negative Feedback score
Are currently winning or have bought a large number of your items in the last 10 days
If you want to apply these settings to all current and future listings, select the Apply above settings to current and future listings check box.
If you want to prevent blocked buyers from sending you questions about your listings, make sure the Do not allow blocked buyers to contact me check box is selected.
Click the Submit button to save your requirements.

I offer Paypal & Bank deposit. I am not a high volume seller. Never had anyone want to pay any other way.

OK. Just seemed a strange thing for a new seller to add, unless you have seen it on other listings in the past.
Indeed it does, and if I'm not mistaken warren has sold on eBay before under another ID

OMG, I completely forgot about that, yes that was mine. WOW! I thought I never sold on eBay before. Damn I was just checking your link and noticed that was way back when, 2005 to be exact.
How did you manage to find that, that was like back in 2005, hell I don't even remember what I did last month?
I don't even remember that to be quite frank with you, I could have sworn I've never been with eBay before.
Was eBay the same then as it is today or not, I honestly don't remember?
I am utterly speechless right now, I could have sworn I have never sold on here before, how do I find out about the items I had for sale.
I am guessing that is mine, because that's the name I would have used, I am not sure why it's saying "No Longer a Registered User" unless of course it's because I haven't done nothing for over 9 years?
I am really confused now...

Sometimes less is more. Most people don't read that far down anyway, the read the title and look at the photos and that's pretty much it.
If someone pays via PayPal, which most will, you have to send to the address they have registered with PayPay. If their eBay registered address is different and you send to that one, you lose your seller protection. Same as if they send you a different address to send it to. You are setting yourself up to be scammed by offering that.
You say that for your PayMate promotions there will be a special code displayed in your store. You don't have a store, unless you have another account. Not sure how people will be able to see any code in your store when you don't have one.
As far as the direct deposit options of multiple banks, why? 99% of people who pay via direct deposit use internet banking. It doesn't matter which bank they are sending their money too, it takes the same amount of time. It's not necessary to list that they can send to different banks. Paying by direct deposit means the buyer has no protection and you lose any seller protection too.
A lot of people use eBay via their phones these days. Your ads are far too big and most people won't read that far down. Far too many T&C's. If I scrolled down and saw all that, I'd hit the back button and go somewhere else.
I'm not sure where you stand with your layby's. If someone buys something for $200 and makes a down payment of $150 with the intention of paying the rest off, you can't keep their $150 if they decide to cancel. That is theft and you could easily land yourself in court for that. That screams scammer to me.
How could someone not know they have sold on eBay before? I had a break of a few years and most definitely remembered that I had sold before when I returned! It's great that you are here asking lots of questions, because a lot has changed since you sold last, but I find it hard to believe you don't remember that you sold in the past.
