Re: Just Used Click And SEnd For THe First Time And Not Happy............

Hi, Paddy, this was an issue sometime back where C&S generates a tracking number which is automatically uploaded to ebay item, when the second number is generated when you pay at the PO this number is not uploaded,

and this was the number that was being scanned in (as the PO staff were sticking the postage label over the C&S barcode) and was not linked to C&S and Ebay.
What they have done is to process it as Parcel Post and not under C&S section, where, when the C&S barcode
is scanned in it will then generate a matching barcode/tracking number on your postage sticker.
Thus avoiding potential problems.

The 3kg C&S satchels are $11.70 and yes it is cheaper to send within your own state using your own packaging.
The satchels & boxes are a flat rate Australia wide, and is usually cheaper for most destinations.

You need to put the satchel (or box) code in the promotion box. It is 39712 for 500g satchels. Mouse over the question mark next to the box and it will give you the codes. Then click apply.

Re: Just Used Click And SEnd For THe First Time And Not Happy............

When you choose your own packaging size it does not matter what price click and send gives you.

My registered click and send is in a country zone but i post from a city zone and when i print off the labels for my own packed items it always comes up with a price for my address, in the country zone

but

as you do not pay until you get to the post office it does not matter. The post office you go to will always weigh and/or measure and give you the correct price

If you are ony printing off labels to pack items to take to the post office and not paying online, dont stress.
