hi if they pay by paypal am i allowed to send the parcel to some one else at the same address the buyer wants me to send ++++c/o ++++ same address but not the same names as on ebay invoice is this alright and will i still be covered by paypal the buy...

i had 120 feedbacks at 100% positive...then i got 1 negative and my feedback score droped from 100% to 97.7%..this % dont sound right to me is this a fair way of scoring?..PS.. my total feedback has now droped to 119 ??
