How come I put an unpaid item case against a member and they still have
100% positive feedback score? Shouldn't my bad experience be noted on
their feedback forum for others to know.
I have received a few emails from an ebay seller I bought from last
year, advertising their wares, I did not ask to be put on their mailing
list and they do not go through ebay to do it.
