Most people were unable to a damn thing. No one could even access their my eBay pages, some listings were not even showing.

It should all be back to normal now though.

Have just rung ebay now 

they are going to give me back the $ 1.50 listing fee

remburst me any out of pocket funds 

example the one teaspoon shorts i had lisited sold for $ 20 

as i told ebay bidder have said they could not bid so 

solution offer me on what the should of sold for around $ 50
