Has sent me 53 emails over the last few weeks regarding her purchases.

Definitely wrong Harley.

I left a well deserved Neg for a seller and it was removed.  I complained and it was reinstated.  The seller complained again and it was partially removed...the feedback was removed but my followup remained, which was nearly as good.

Talk about musical feedback.

Whether she is currently a seller on ebay is really not relevant - it is the pattern of behaviour as evidenced by her 'feedback left for others' that should be, I believe, sufficient enough for ebay to act.

She has made some 100 purchases over the past 12 months - 50+ of which she has left negative/netural feedback for.  Surely as a buyer, if more than half of your experiences on ebay were unsatisfactory, you would have voluntarily closed your account.  How could anyone ever view this as anything but suspect?

This suggests to me that she is now a seller on another account and is attempting to kill the opposition whichever way she can, and at the same time get free shopping on eBay................................

The only reported feedback that is noted on her account as a "seller" is a NEGATIVE !! She apparently sold a defective/not as described item.........the irony!
She clearly projects her behaviour onto others.
A common trait with the personality disordered.

I never noticed that before.  I only just checked the feedback she left others.

Too bad she doesn't sell anything.  I would have been happy to go on a big shopping spree.

eBay just reinstated the 5 negatives against me because I had cancelled this nasty buyers 5 doll order - even though it was eBay who STRONGLY advised me to cancel her order in the first place 😞

I have replied to each of her comments - highlighting the 60+ neg/neutral she has left for other sellers. 😀

I would be getting back on the blower to eBay and reminding them that it was them that strongly suggested not to go through with the transaction. When you left the feedback replies, you should have put her username in the comment so others could see who she was. As it is, anyone reading your feedback can't see who it is that has 60+ negatives left for others.

I would also be broadcasting loud and clear on their Facebook page. I would put it all there, how bad this buyer is, including her ID, how eBay strongly suggested to cancel the transactions, how eBay said they would look into her activities, how they removed her feedback and then reinstated it. Let them have it. This is getting beyond a joke now. This buyer is always right carp has to stop. They really need to be taken to task over this. I'd even threaten them with legal action if it would make them listen.

Hi all,
Unfortunately I was not permitted to name her. eBay explained that my replies would inevitably be removed if I had done so 😞

I was only permitted to publish ebay's STRONG recommendation because the discussion had been noted on my file.

eBay further assured me they would be investigating the buyer because of the 60+ neg/neutral feedbacks 🙂

The frustration is that this whole fiasco could have been avoided if action had been taken after the first 20 negative feedbacks had been left by this buyer............but here we are at 60+ and counting 😞

Absolutely nothing will happen, I can pretty much guarantee that. Buyers are untouchable and can do no wrong.
