Hi,
I am trying to list some things and each time I go to start new listing, it tells me to sign in to see my saved details, so I sign in and it takes me back to the page that says sign in and then I sign in and then it takes me back to the page that says sign in and well you get what I am saying here.... Is anyone else having this issue? I have never had this problem before and it is mucho frustrating.
Thanks in advance if you can help me.

have you tried shutting down your computer and rebooting?

If the problem persists after restarting your computer, try deleting your browser's cookies, in fact delete everything except "favourites" or bookmarks.
If you're using Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" --> "Delete browsing history" and tick everything before clicking "Delete". Next, close EVERY browser window that is open and then open a new browser window. If the problem is still there, restart your computer.

Clear cookies and cache and then download firefox as it is more ebay friendly.

Are you using Safari?? I always get the same thing happen when I try to list on Safari. Try another browser...it's never happened with firefox...you should download it if you don't already have it 😉

I used to have the exact same thing happen. Try this - click on the HELP button and then the BACK button, sometimes that will "continue" the process instead of logging you out. My computer had Internet Explorer 7, then I tried IE 8, my local computer shop said as my computer was 6yrs old, it needed updating. Other little glitches in the system seemed to be confirming this. A lovely new MacbookAir completely solved my problem. All the best.

I have a Macbook Air & the problem still exists! But as long as I use firefox & not Safari I list things with no problem.. Even clearing cookies & cache doesn't help so I think the problem is all in what type of browser you use. I also have an imac & still happens if using Safari.

I also had exactly the same problem, switched to Firefox and haven't had any problems since.

How did you get on?
I wish I'd known about Firefox when I was being so frustrated trying to get my listings done, even though I knew I needed a new computer, it would have helped at the time.
eBayers have a lot of answers and we should all try the Community Forum first!
