Listing violation by me???

Hey all,

Quick question.. I posted women's diesel perfume and I got an email from eBay saying it was a policy violation & they took it off and threatened to suspend my account, I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHY? Anyone know why & can help explain it to me?

They are a member of the VERO program and they would have insisted that your listing be removed. If I were you, I would remove the relisted item or you could actually find yourself in strife (as in legally). http://vero.ebay.com/vero/josephatdiesel

Ok so my account has just been suspended!
Are we allowed to sell perfume on eBay? I have been reading the policy and I still cannot work out what I have done wrong to violate policy??

you have probably been suspended because you relisted the item after it was pulled from sale. You are not to do that.

It was a different product that I relisted, I had no idea I was not allowed to sell diesel perfume? I guess now I know.

If you have been suspended it is because you had a listing for diesel perfume removed by eBay and were threatened with suspension and then kept a diesel perfume item listed.  We responded reasonable quickly to your question and advised you to remove the listing, but it was still there for quite some time.  That is why you were suspended.

eBay's playpen, eBay's rules, break the rules and you get tossed out of the playpen.

If your account has been suspended then why can I if I wish to still purchase an item off you?

I thought that when you get suspended it is affective immediately? but I'm not too sure?
