Listings vanish when "Australia" is selected.

Hi all.

I hope we are all having a nice day 😃

I had a regular customer ask me why my listings don't show up anymore.

They said they search for something like "webbing" for example.

They then select "Australia" and all my listings disappear.

I tried it and she seems correct.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Ill go on live chat when I get a moment and ask.

Shows 59 for webbing both before and after I hit Australia

Maybe an 'app' issue if you and the buyer happen to use a phone?

So I just tried it and got hundreds of items for webbing. If you select item location(down the bottom near price range) as Australia then you still show however, there is another selection up the top that just says 'country'- I think it used to say something like 'country of manufacture ' and if that is selected then the results drop from over 800 to under 200- and yours disappeared.

So I guess it depends on where in the search filters you are selecting Australia.
