Mail enquiry via ebay leads to removed money?

I'm so upset. Sold $222 item, sent item within a day or two, and as always they have their tracing. Now within days of sending it buyer has reported me and wants more info about sent items and ebay took all the money from my paypal, money I desperately need at the moment. How can this happen when they have their tracking which clearly shows it merely hasn't been delivered yet, as we are opposite sides? It's xmas and busy,. They can remove your money over a mere mail enquiry

My and, anecdotally, others' experience is to out them on Facebook.

i had one go missing in Sunshine West. I opened a case with AP on the Wednesday, got no reply within their claimed 24 hours, so got onto their FB page on Thursday. Friday and Monday were Easter, but the parcel mysteriously was on its way at 3am on Tuesday. And delivered that morning according to both the tracking and the buyer.

I opened the enquiry then hit their Facebook page. They would have told me to do so, so I got in before them. I suggested to the seller to get onto Facebook if they have an account because they seem to take more notice. I've always found Nathan to be very helpful.
