Anyone else having issues with the eBay payouts?First time using the new MP system, but never receive a payout so far. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to eBay every day but every time I am “told” that they will escalate my problem to IT and I will receive a banner to re-submit my account info within 2-5 days. A week passed, no link no message, and no banner. And the online eBay service told me that my account been suspended! Tried to resend my documents and even called their PM team 2 times a day. Finally, they found out the problem-They said they can’t send me the link because we are the trust entity. Many account managers have contacted me said they will follow up on my case and get back to me once they get an update. Actually no update to me. They are super messy and no one can actually reach their IT
team or back office. We still not receive any payout and the buyer can’t make payment to us. Why did eBay so complicated? Anyone have this experience and do you get the solution? Thanks for any and all advice/help.

Thanks, A system has no solutions. We've been stopped business for over 3 weeks already!

Sorry I couldn't help, but if you push eBay hard enough they may over turn the decision and allow you to stay as you are without staying with MP.
Pretty sure I read on these boards that there were issues with other businesses as well - Partnerships's etc and they were allowed to revert back to the original system, but yes, it did take a lot of back and forth.
Good luck with it all

I have been reading your OP again, if Adyen are with holding funds you can report them to the Australian Financial Ombudsmen through AFCA
Maybe that will shake them up a bit.
