I am always trying to improve customer service, and the way people view our store.

I hope to be a power seller one day, but I was wondering what people thought of my opening title from a customer service perspective. Perhaps, if there is maybe too many strong words or something..

Other than that, I am reallly getting an understanding of Ebay. Love Ebay, great place to sell. I am doing really well.

I am sure everyone who has tried to help the OP with a plethora of questions, many of them asking the same thing and getting the same answers, would be happy if he left it alone. It has been a complete waste of everyone's time as he has ignored or rubbished 99% of what he has been told by anyone except his alter ego..

I accept that pj, after all I was the one he accused of calling him stupid (which of course I didn't). However the OP is not responding to challenges any longer and continued posts just give the impression that he is being hounded.  Not a good look IMO.  I'll agree to disagree on the subject, carry on if you feel justified, I prefer to call it a day.
