I'm trying to accept payment for a recent sale and i'm unable to access the money as it keeps saying i need to update my details. it's not clear what isn't correct, but i update it and it looks fine, but then the next time i log in i'm told i need to update it again.
I'm conscious the buyer has been waiting for a few days now and i want to get this resolved asap

How long ago did you transition to Managed Payments and provided all the required information?

Everything has to match exactly.
I had the same issue when I moved over - my registered name from back when I signed up in 2002 was a shortened version of my legal name, so I had to update it. After that it went through.

I know this sounds hard - but you cannot hold posting your item while trying to sort out your payment from ebay. Under managed payments, once you receive the ebay email saying that the item has been paid for, you must send the item.
Sorting out how you eventually get your money is a separate issue.

You are a new seller on managed payments, as such the proceeds from sales will be on hold for 30 days. Under your payments tab, you should be able to see that status of your funds.
You do not get to wait for the money to be available, before posting, your handling time has commenced as soon as ebay told you the item was sold.
