My item for sale showing all sorts of payment methods when all I want is PayPal

It's been 10 years since I've sold on eBay. Just listed my first item since then, today. I notice that the payment options listed are many.

PayPal, G Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, After pay, Zip

How do I get my listing to list ONLY PayPal? Have things changed so much that I must accept these various methods of payment?
Help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes it's changed and it's best if you remove your listing until you've completed the following.

You need to be registered to sell and signed up for managed payments .

The buyer pays eBay and eBay pays you.

And  your payment will be on hold

Re: My item for sale showing all sorts of payment methods when all I want is PayPal

OP, are you under the impression that you can be paid directly into your own PayPal account?

You canโ€™t.

Managed Payments changed everything. Itโ€™s been in place on eBay for some years, and it is the only way to be paid now.

eBay has partnered with Adyen to process the payments from buyer to eBay. eBay subtracts all fees and GST (including postage component if you as the seller choose to use eBay labels), and then disburses the remaining sellerโ€™s payment into the sellerโ€™s bank account.

The bank account must be an Australian bank account (transactional, so that eBay can access it in the event of funds or refunds being owed), and it must match the sellerโ€™s name on their eBay account. It must be verified (via either the login credential OR the microdeposit method). The sellerโ€™s ID must also be verified (driver licence or passport).

Sellers who havenโ€™t sold recently or who havenโ€™t been selling regularly and consistently - or whose selling may be assessed by eBay as posing a risk for whatever reason it may be - will have their funds on hold for possibly 30 days. The hold will no longer apply once the seller is no longer considered a new seller.
