I know there's no guarantee of the time it can take to gain sales, etc.
I was wondering weather or not, this is just to do with luck, waiting, or any other factors.
Thanks for any feedback (:

It's raining here right now - my sales will soar. LOL
I just had 14 come through from QLD and guess what it is raining up there, the theory works

The hypothesis works to a point! If it is raining just enough to curtail other activities. Severe storms/ flooding will probably have a negative impact, as would severe ( acute) or prolonged ( chronic) drought.
Heatwaves make people very tetchy- so a higher proportion of negative feedback.
You'll probably get sales from SE QLD ( raining) but not SW(burning).

It's good your theory also works on weekdays and not just weekends.😄

If it gets me a sale, I will take it.
Interesting when I did the import to the AP website it also imported 6 extra sales, which hadnt appeared on the seller hub as yet. Bonus, and QLD again. Bring on the rain.

It's a combination of things, most likely.
You look like a brand new seller.
No harm in that, everyone has to start somewhere, but your ads present (partially) very similar to larger volume Chinese sellers as far as stock & photos go. If I came across your ads by myself, I'd be wondering if maybe you were starting out with a new ID because you'd had a lot of trouble on an old one.
If I were you, I'd probably do as sons n daughters said & take some of your own photos.
Your actual ad, the body of the ad that gives the details (I am looking at the window brush), is quite good because it is coming across as someone with English as a first language plus it reinforces you are really based in Australia.
It is in the 'Contact us' section that it hits home that you really could be new to selling because you have conflicting messages. 30 day returns in item details means you accept returns & refund for any reason.
You can't just add a bit in your contact us section and say buyer to pay for return of faulty products. That's not what 30 day returns accepted means. Plus as S&D said, that goes against ebay policy anyway and it would annoy me, as a customer, to read that. It would put my back up.
Just delete that whole, sorry sentence about refunds. Leave it out completely.
Believe me, if an item is faulty, you need to refund and pay for return postage.
As for your items, I don't know what the market is like for them. The brush would interest me. Just make sure your prices are competitive & that you have a range of products, I guess. You'll eventually get some sales.
Marketplace, mussolini is right in that it is a force to be reckoned with these days. But where ebay wins out is in the fact that a lot of items you see on ebay just aren't on marketplace. For instance, I can't see anything like your window brush. And I certainly wouldn't find it there new & local for pick up. So if I wanted it, I'd be more inclined to buy on ebay where delivery is included. That will go for other people too who are after small, relatively cheap products.
So keep plugging away, maybe have a look at adding some different products & just wait. We're living in difficult times at the moment, another interest rate rise is on the way by Cup day, people may not be spending as much as previously.
