A buyer bought 2x items from us.
On one they left POS FB and the otehr NEG FB.
On their NEG their comment says "Great to deal with very fast postage" so I believe it has been an error on their part.
I have contacted the buyer asking them to revise the FB. Haven't heard back just yet.
What is the process to have this revised?

You need to send the buyer a feedback revision request: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/feedback/revision-request.html
Once the revision request is sent, they should get an email and eBay message which will have a link to revise the feedback.

Thanks DG. I see now.
I guess we need to wait now until the buyer responds and hopefully confirms that it was left in error.
Then send the reveision request.

You are limited in how many feedback revision requests you can send each year. If the buyer confirms that they have left the neg in error and are happy to revise it I would try asking eBay to remove it first without using a revision request. If they refuse then send the request to the buyer.

Yeah I read that S&P.
It's on our other store and we have over 1,000 now 100% POS.
So we have never had to ask for revision before.

Well... we still have heard nothing back from the buyer who left us this apparent erroneous NEG FB.
I do have a phone number from the sales record but I am kinda loathe to cold call the buyer about this.
I have added my reply to the NEG to say that it appears to be in error.
I haven't lodged the FB revision request yet because the first point on that is have you contaced the buyer.
Since you only get a single shot a revising a FB I didnt want to potentially waste the revision request before I get a reply from the buyer.
Any thoughts??

I think that you shouldn't have replied to the neg feedback
