Interesting!!!!..Received a negative feedback for an item supposedly not genuine. I have had this item since they came out. You would think the buyer would be in a hurry to get his money back. . I sent the buyer a message telling him I will refund his money, but I have not heard from him. Be interested to see how many other sellers have received negative feedback from him

check out t he seller of the item that you mention here... 4 red dots in 3 days...so seems genuine.
Sorry Grump, cant help you much here. If buyer doesnt reply, then all i could suggest is to reply to feedback left with something like *offered full refund, but buyer refused* 🙂

I would let him open a Paypal dispute and try to prove it isn't original.

JMO but your response should have been totally different as offering refund gives an IMPRESSION that the buyer is correct.
A better follow up would have made reference to you having owned since originally released in stores,purchased from retail store or something re definitely genuine because blah blah
